Mindfulness supervision is a relational learning process which provides the supervisee with a safe, reflective and creative space to explore their mindfulness-based teaching practice and their personal meditation practice.
Supervision is an integral part of the ongoing learning process, from teacher training to continued professional development. It is a core element of the good practice guidelines for Mindfulness-based teachers in the UK and is an essential pre-requisite for acceptance onto and continued registration with the UK Network for Mindfulness-based Teacher Trainers Listing.
There are a number of factors that support my capacity to offer my supervisees a generative space for personal and professional growth: my committed personal and interpersonal practice, my psychological background, many years of training as a mindfulness teacher, a commitment to continued professional development and many years of experience as a teacher in both the public domain and in the workplace.
My supervision fees are aligned with the charging structure of the Mindfulness Network CIC.
